40 Hours of Eucharistic Adoration

Sunday, March 24 – Tuesday, March 26

As we continue our Lenten journey we turn to Mary, mother of Jesus. As we go to her in prayer during these 40 hours, may we learn from her and follow her example of total obedience and surrender to the will of the Father, imitating her love in our everyday existence.

You are invited to come and pray anytime during the 40 hours or commit to spending a specific hour with Jesus.

Prayer Captains
Parish volunteers will serve as a Prayer Captain for each of the Hours. Prayer Captains are responsible for leading the public prayers at the beginning of each hour and any additional announcements as necessary.

Core Adorers
Core Adorers are needed for each hour to ensure constant company with Christ. Sign up if you are able to commit to spending an hour or more with the Blessed Sacrament.

Join the prayers and Adoration from home!

Live-Streaming will begin on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and continue through Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.

“Our Mother is a model of correspondence to grace. If we contemplate her life, Our Lord will give us the light we need to divinize our everyday existence… First, let us imitate her love. Charity cannot be content with just nice feelings; it must find its way into our conversations and, above all, into our deeds. The Virgin did not merely pronounce her fiat; in every moment she fulfilled that firm and irrevocable decision. So should we.”

~ St. Josemaria Escriva

Hourly Intentions

Each hour has been assigned a special intention except those during which the Parish Lenten Mission talk will be given or a daily Mass will be celebrated (see right panel).

Hourly Prayers

We will begin each hour with the recitation of the Magnificat and the Litany of the Holy Spirit. These prayers are provided as links below so that you may join us in prayer even from home.
