The Family Ministry seeks to draw together the families of the parish for events during the year that will help support families growing in their faith.
Come and reconnect with an old friend or make a new one.
We hope you enjoyed summer and are ready for September and all the goodness it brings. Before we move on to fall, we want to thank everyone who attended a Free for All this summer. Free for Alls will come back in June 2025!
The Family Ministry has a busy September planned. Family Adoration and Donut Sunday will return this month. We will have a birthday party for the Blessed Mother On September 8th. Parish wide events such as Masses with Healing Prayers and the Parish Carnival also return this month. Information and sign ups for all events are below. May God bless you and your family in this new month of September!
We will gather on Wednesday, September 4th at 5:30pm in the Church for prayers and songs. We will have carpet squares out for children who would like a space up front. At 6:15 we will move to the All Purpose Room for dinner. Please bring a dish to share. Donations of plates, cups, and utensils are appreciated. We will need volunteers to help set out and put away the carpet squares, set up for the Pot Luck, and of course we will need a clean up crew. To RSVP and sign up to bring something Signup Here

Join the St. Andrew Apostle Family Ministry on Sunday, September 8th at 12pm at the Statue of Mary outside of the Rectory for the Blessed Mother's Birthday Party. This year we encourage families to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy around noon and then we will to pray the Rosary at 12:45.
After the Rosary we will enjoy cupcakes, create cards for Mary, and get to know one another. We would like to have five families sign up to lead a decade of the Rosary and we also need volunteers to bring cupcakes and drinks. If you would like to volunteer, please Signup Here
Donut Sunday will be held on Sunday, September 22nd after the 8:30 and 10 am masses. We are hoping that people will come and reconnect with an old friend or make a new one. This will be a simple time to check in with our church community. If you have any questions please reach out to Sara Giorgis [email protected]
We are in need of volunteers to help set up and make coffee as well as volunteers to clean up. Additionally, we would like two volunteers to stand by the doors leading out of the church to encourage people to come to the social. Saint Andrew’s offers a monthly Mass followed by Healing Prayers beginning at 7:00pm in the church. The next Mass with Healing Prayers will be September 24th. The celebrant exposes the Eucharist after Mass, inviting all who wish to come up and receive healing prayers through the priesthood in the Presence of the Blessed Sacrament. The liturgical celebration concludes with Benediction and a hymn in gratitude to the Blessed Mother. Priests are available to hear confessions throughout the evening. We invite you to bring your friends, family, and loved ones and join us.
