AngstAll are invited to a special free screening of the short film, “Angst,” followed by a Q and A discussion. The program will take place on Wednesday, January 17 starting at 7:00 pm in the all-purpose room. The film is designed to address the silent and invisible mental health challenges of anxiety. It is a documentary that is intended to raise awareness with the goal of helping people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety while encouraging help-seeking behavior. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, parents and a very special interview with Olympic champion Michael Phelps. It has wise lessons for all of us. We encourage all Parishioners to watch this film. Our goal is to open up the conversation around anxiety, helping people understand and manage symptoms, and understand when to reach out for help. This evening will offer answers and ideas — and a community to let you and your family know that you are not alone. Please RSVP using the following link:AngstRegistration
